clean room spacious room blocked toilet cold shower
i stayed in a room that was clean. it was also spacious enough for my short visit. i found the location quite convenient as well. there were several cafes and eateries within a short distance.
upon arrival, i noticed the toilet was blocked. this caused some inconvenience during my first night and morning. the shower had very little pressure and was cold for the first few mornings. i reported this issue, but it wasn't addressed immediately.

easy location bus routes quiet part easy entry
i found the location easy to find. it was also close to bus routes. the area was a quiet part of town. entering and leaving the premises was very easy.
the tv didn't work . i contacted the owner, and they said someone would fix it. however, nobody came.

Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noted
poor soundproofing disruptive noise
The location was fairly central (easy enough to get around).
The room lacked soundproofing. I could hear people slamming doors at night. This went on until after 1 AM on several nights, very disruptive.

solid stay, few minor points
furnished room short walk charming garden
i found the room furnished nicely, and the bathroom was adequate. it was just a short walk to bus stops. the design appear new, and it include essentials for short stay. i saw charming church garden from windows of the room.
wallpaper peeling off in some place, and i noticed minor damages here and there.

clean linen tea facilities key system
the double room private bathroom was good. it had clean linen though it was unironed. there were coffee and tea facilities, it was useful. the key system did work.
the main door was not locked, that was dodgy.

The bedroom was very clean. Linens were also clean. Check-in was straightforward, which I appreciated after a long journey. I liked that there were many takeaways nearby that deliver food.
